General safety: Do not leave burning candles unattended. Always place candles vertically and on stable, heat-resistant surfaces. Keep them away from drafts, flammable materials, and heat sources to prevent uneven burning and soot buildup. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Flame handling: Please do not use liquids to extinguish the flames. Instead, carefully smother them. Keep the melted wax free of contaminants.

Wick care & burning time: Let it burn for at least 1 hour before lighting it for the first time so that the wax layer liquefies evenly and no tunneling occurs. Trim the wick to 5–7 mm before each lighting and keep it centered for a steady, even flame. To avoid overheating and uneven burning, traditional candles should burn for a maximum of 4 hours , and artistic candles for a maximum of 2 hours . Extinguishing candles too frequently or for too short a time can damage the wick and wax and shorten the burning time.

Wax & Surface: Candles with special shapes may leak wax. Please use a suitable surface to catch the wax. Solidified wax can be easily removed from smooth, cold surfaces. Store the candle in a cool, dry place to preserve its shape and color.
